Returns & Refunds (Store Credit Only)

All approved returns are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.


What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.


What are the return requirements?

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

How do I start a return?

  1. Email sleepwell@hotelhomepillows.com to request a return.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Send your return to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


How will I receive my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift card or code via email.
  • We do not issue refunds to your original payment method.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Contact us within 3 business days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Email a photo of the item/package to sleepwell@hotelhomepillows.com so we can correct the issue right away.

Which items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, sleep aids, scent items, liquids, hair or body care items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Pillow Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on pillows that have been removed from their original, unopened packaging. If you’re unsure which pillow is right for you, contact us before ordering.


Can I exchange an item?
Yes — if you are unhappy with your purchase contact us and we will work together to find the right item for you.
