Store Credit Only: Approved returns are issued as store credit via email. Refunds to the original payment method are not available under the standard return policy.

Return Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Personal care products, sale items, gift cards, and other excluded items are not eligible for return.

Pillow Returns: Pillows removed from their original, unopened packaging cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
